Initial Consultation
Schedule your initial 1 hour consult via our online scheduling system. We ask that you fill out intake paperwork in advance of your appointment so the Dietitian can review important elements of your health history prior to the call.
Once on the call, the Dietitian will visit with you for an hour to discuss your concerns and review education specific to your goals.

30 Minute Follow Up
Once you have completed an initial consult, you will work with your dietitian to set a follow up schedule that is right for you. Most people would benefit from one to two follow up sessions to review your progress and any questions you might have.

15 Minute Check In
We realize things come up along the way and you don’t need a whole 30 minutes to ask a quick question! Once you have had an initial consult, you are able to schedule a quick check in any time you need us!
